Conversations on Resilience presents a special guest in August 25th: Jeremy Lent from Deep Transformation and the Web of Meaning 🌱

Gaia Education is interviewing Jeremy Lent in the 25th of August at 8 PM (UTC), and we want you to join this fantastic conversation! Jeremy will present his vision on community and inner resilience from the perspective of someone who has studied the emergence and fall of entire civilisations and worldviews.

Jeremy Lent, hailed by George Monbiot, a journalist at The Guardian, as "one of the greatest thinkers of our age", functions as an author and orator. His endeavours delve into the fundamental roots of our society's existential quandary while charting courses toward a life-affirming future.

He has created and held a 10-week course since 2021: Principles and Practices of Deep Transformation. It offers participants a deep but accessible guided exploration of an alternative life-affirming worldview based on the intersection of modern science and the world’s great wisdom traditions.

His new book, The Web of Meaning: Integrating Science and Traditional Wisdom to Find Our Place in the Universe, offers a coherent and intellectually solid foundation for a worldview based on connectedness that could lead humanity to a sustainable, flourishing future; and it will be one of the topics of this Conversations on Resilience webinar.

Here is a video of Jeremy Lent talking a bit about leading a path towards a flourishing future for humanity on a living, vibrant earth:
