60

We are very pleased to announce that our Chinese SDGs Flashcards are now available for purchase in our Gaia Education shop. With the support of Rina Liang, Ying Ying Li, two young Chinese volunteers, the SDGs Flashcards were able to be translated to Chinese and to make the Sustainable Development Goals Flashcards accessible to all Chinese speakers.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are 17 goals adopted by the United Nations in 2015 to eradicate poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. The agenda sets 169 targets to be reached by 2030.

The newly designed Chinese SDGs Flashcards cards will invite more participants around the world to collaborate to identify actions and solutions to implement the SDGs in a way that is relevant to their lives and communities. We believe that its publication will bring a deeper impact on the approach to the overall system sustainability (social, ecological, economic and worldview) approach to community transformation in China, and we are glad to be able to help make it happen for the Chinese community.

We encourage everyone to not miss this opportunity to join this journey to be one of the communicators of this important conversation, inspiring individuals and communities around the world to work together to create a solution that is compatible with local ecosystems and cultures, and to promote a wide range of cultural and creative dialogues that will help change behaviour and lead to great actions for a sustainable future.

We would like to say thank you to Rina Liang as designer, and Ying Ying Li as proofreader, who was working closely with our Head of Branding – Alexandre Pereira, for their great collaboration and support in this project.
