Cancellations and Refunds Policy:

Cancellation of any services made a minimum of 7 days in advance before the service, course, or programme starts will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations between 7 and 0 days before the start will receive a 75% refund.

Cancellations made during the first week after the registered course or programme start will be refunded up to 50%.

There are no refunds after the first week of the course or after 30 days of your initial payment, but you can pause your inscription and continue in the next edition of the same course, according to our course retaking policy.
